How long will my order take?
Every Different Cloth Co. piece is made to order and printed in-house. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production before shipping. Most orders are expected to ship within approximately 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed, depending on current order volume and garment availability.
What happens if my size or color is temporarily unavailable?
Because our pieces are made to order, garment availability can occasionally change. If your selected size or color becomes unavailable from our supplier, we’ll contact you promptly with your available options.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
WHY MADE TO ORDER?
We intentionally create our apparel as orders are placed rather than mass-producing inventory. This helps us focus on quality, reduce unnecessary waste, and give every order the attention it deserves.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly over the design.
