Different Cloth Co. is a small, made-to-order business located in South Dakota.
Processing Time
Most apparel is made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be created, quality checked, and prepared for shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard Shipping: $6.95
Free Standard Shipping: Orders $75+
Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days after your order ships
Shipping transit time is separate from our processing time.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact hello@differentclothco.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.
Delays
Carrier delays may occasionally occur after a package leaves our possession.
If we are unable to ship your order within the processing timeframe originally promised, we will contact you regarding the delay and available options.
Lost or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and contact the carrier first.
