Different Cloth Co. is operated by Memories That Stick LLC, doing business as Different Cloth Co.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, designs, colors, sizing, and photographs. Because screens and garment-dyed apparel can vary, actual colors may differ slightly from digital images or mockups.
Many Different Cloth Co. products are made to order.
Orders & Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Payment is due when an order is placed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order because of inventory issues, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Orders are subject to our posted Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within the cancellation period shown at checkout. Because many items are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
Intellectual Property
Different Cloth Co. logos, original artwork, graphics, apparel designs, photographs, written content, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to Memories That Stick LLC.
Purchasing a product does not give permission to copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially use our artwork or designs.
Website Use
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, fraud, unauthorized access, malicious activity, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Third-Party Services
Our store uses Shopify and may use payment processors, shipping carriers, and other third-party services. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Different Cloth Co. and Memories That Stick LLC are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of South Dakota and the United States.
